The agent decides weights. It never touches custody. These aren't promises — they're what the contract will and won't let anyone do.
Agent's only powers: rebalance within a fixed whitelist, capped slippage and turnover. It cannot withdraw, cannot pause your redemption, cannot change the rules after deploy.
